Prospect Community Village is a residential support home that provides a supportive and caring environment for those who need assistance in their day-to-day life. Our home is close to many services and amenities, with a shopping centre within easy walking distance.

| Managing Director |
| Bernard has both a Certificate IV Disability and Certificate III Aged Care. He has extensive experience in the care and support of the aged and people with disability. That past experience was disheartening for him, so he was determined to build a place that clients could call home and which would provide them with quality care, both physically and emotionally. His passion and compassion has led to an excellent rapport with clients and their families. |

| Assistant Manager |
| The latest addition to our team, Vicki joined us in early 2022, and has a Certificate IV Disability. She brings a wealth of experience in assisting people in crisis and her compassion has led to a great rapport with our clients and their families. When she's not doing that, she's a pretty nifty administrator with a strong focus on detail and task completion. |

| Registered Nurse |
Jackie has been a Registered Nurse for over 40 years. She became part of the team in early 2021.
Jackie has extensive knowledge in the care of people with disability and/or mental health issues. She takes a holistic approach to the medical care given to our clients and has implemented additional policies and procedures to further enhance the care provided. Her knowledge and excellent rapport with allied health services has proven to be a huge asset in delivering improved health outcomes for all of our clients. |

| Floor Manager |
| Jenny has a Certificate IV Disability, in addition to a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Human Resources. She has a great rapport with the clients and their families. Jenny is a kind soul who provides quality care to all clients and has an awesome ability to overcome any obstacle that she encounters to maintaining that high standard of care. Her enthusiasm works well with an excellent group of staff that help keep it all together, every which way. |
| Jonathon |
| Operations Support |
| Jonathon has previous experience working in a supported residential facility. He is an experienced police officer with a wealth of experience in dealing with traumatic experiences and helping vulnerable people who may be in distress or in need of support and direction. Along with his engaging manner, he brings an inquiring mind and a fresh set of eyes and ideas to facilitating our development. |

| Systems Support |
| Chris has a Certificate IV Disability, Certificate IV Training & Assessment (with LLN) and Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. His thing is getting technology and information systems to serve people and work for them. Our online Learning Management System (LMS) and in-house software provides training and information systems that support our staff in supporting our clients. |
